Expect personal service directly with the business owner, myself, Chris Gentrup. I'll be the one to compose & send your bid. I'll be on-site for most of, if not all of your project. I'll be the gentleman going over your projects details every night - ensuring it turns out prefect. Throughout this process, I'll be easily available to communicate with - via text, email, phone or in person. 

It might sound crazy, but there are very few contractors left who don't require money upfront before starting your project. When and why did it become the buyer's responsibility to trust the contractor? Once your concrete is poured, there is no easy or inexpensive fix. If you've paid a large amount upfront or during the process, then you have no leverage to get the contractor to fix any potential problems. Gentrup Concrete never requires a homeowner to pay upfront and many of our customers only pay after the job has been completed.
