Requirements:

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Working cell phone
• Knowledge & Ability to Remove, Grade, Form, Pour & Strip Concrete
• Five Years of Experience as a Finisher(7+ Years Preferred)
• Heavy lifting & physical labor in various weather conditions
• Strong equipment operation skills (e.g., bobcat or mini excavator)
• Leadership Skills
• A GOOD Personality
  
  

Your Typical Week:
You'll primarily be involved in residential flatwork with projects in and around Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. You'll meet us at our shop near Newport, KY, or occasionally at the job site. Normally, we'll be removing existing concrete, forming new concrete, pouring broomed or stamped concrete, removing the forms, and fixing any damage to the yard. Our work is top-notch, regardless of the finish or project. Expect to be held to such standards!

Schedule/Hours:

• Mar-Nov: Expect 40-plus hrs a week, early start times & optional weekends
• Dec-Feb: Expect 35-40 hrs a week and later start times

Compensation:
Starting pay will be based on experience and a first-week evaluation. If you meet all of the above requirements, expect to start at around $27 an hour. Along with...

• Vacation and other bonuses available after one year
• Raise after your 6th month of employment
• $500 Sign-On Bonus after your 6th Month of Employment
• Annual raise every March
