Below, you'll find payment details, including when and where to pay, who to pay, and how to pay. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

When Do I Pay?

Your payment terms are outlined in the original bid proposal sent to you via email or mail, with details located toward the bottom. For residential customers, we never require upfront payment. Usually, we request a mid-project draw, and the remaining balance is invoiced after the job is completed. However, on smaller projects, it's not uncommon for us to delay payment until the job is finished.

How do I Pay?

We accept various forms of payment, including checks, credit and debit cards, and payment apps. Checks and cash are the most common and do not have associated fees. However, most other payment systems, including credit cards, have a percentage-based fee, which can be expensive for you. As of 1/1/2024, our credit card payments include a 6% fee, typically displayed at the bottom of your invoice.
